Oct – Dec Submit Budget inputs to Spotsylvania, Stafford and Fredericksburg.
Nov 1 Put out requests for nominations to Social Services and other organizations as appropriate.
Nov 15 Send out fund raising letter to past donors (individuals and businesses)
Nov 17 Planning meeting w/Board for upcoming year
Dec 1 Send out letters to organizations that sponsor sites (request volunteers, funding, etc)
2012
Jan 5 Applications Due for National Rebuilding Day
Jan 19 1st Board Meeting (assign projects for site visits)
Feb 9 Board Meeting (continue review of site visits)
Feb 23 Board Meeting (continue review of site visits and begin site selection)
Mar 8 Board Meeting (finalize site selection and assign groups to sites)
Mar 12 Send out letters of acceptance and rejection
Mar 15 House Captain’s Meeting
Apr 5 Review House Captain cost estimates to determine affordability of projects and to determine if projects need to be scaled back
Apr 12 Last Board meeting before workday
Apr 26 Distribute supplies and T-shirts from the storage facility
Apr 28 National Rebuilding Day
May 19 1st Board Meeting (report on job status and accomplishments - turn in receipts and final reports)
Jun 7 2nd Board Meeting (report job status and accomplishments - turn in receipts and final reports)
