Sep 17             Board Meeting (planning for upcoming year, plan fund raising events)

Oct – Dec        Submit Budget inputs to Spotsylvania, Stafford and Fredericksburg.

Nov 1              Put out requests for nominations to Social Services and other organizations as appropriate.

Nov 15            Send out fund raising letter to past donors (individuals and businesses)

Dec 1               Send out letters to organizations that sponsor sites (request volunteers, funding, etc)

2010

Jan 4                 Applications Due for National Rebuilding Day

Jan 7                1^st Board Meeting (assign projects for site visits)

Jan 28              Board Meeting (review of site visits)

Feb 18             Board Meeting (continue review of site visits)

Mar 11             Board Meeting (finalize site selection and assign groups to sites)

Mar 12             Send out letters of acceptance and rejection

Mar 25             House Captain’s Meeting

Apr 1               Last Board meeting before workday

Apr 22             Distribute supplies and T-shirts from the storage facility

Apr 24             National Rebuilding Day

May 13            Board Meeting (report on job status and accomplishments - turn in receipts)

Jun 17              Board Meeting (elect officers – final job wrap up)
